Ingredients :
4 chicken breasts
1 lemon
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons low-fat yoghurt
4 tablespoons chopped mint
Salt & pepper
Recipe :
Mix together lemon juice, honey, yoghurt, mint, salt and pepper.
Cook 200g rice.
Cut chicken into strips, then loosely wrap in a foil parcel, moisten and bake in oven for 30 minutes, to steam lightly.
Serve chicken in sauce, with rice and salad.
