Iced avocado soup with salmon

Ingredients :
4 avocados
100ml low-fat cream, or liquid creme fraiche
100ml chicken stock (cooled)
Juice of 1 lime
3 or 4 drops of Tabasco sauce
Salt & pepper
1 pinch cumin
Smoked salmon to taste
A few croutons
A few leaves fresh coriander

Recipe :
Peel and mash the flesh of four chilled avocados.

Mix with cream, lime juice and stock. Add a little more stock if too thick.

Season with Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper and cumin.

Share out into bowls.

Dice salmon and decorate each bowl with salmon, coriander leaves and a few croutons.
