Ingredients :
1 50g jar green olives stuffed with anchovies
1 small jar chillies in vinegar
1 green pepper
60g of pickled onions
50g gherkins
15 toothpicks
Recipe :
Wash and chop the pepper.
Slice gherkins.
Arrange chillies, olives, pickled onions, slices of pepper and gherkins on toothpicks.
Serve as tapas.
Advice :
Half a melon skin or a round seeded loaf works well when presenting tapas.
Try varying the recipe, with tomatoes, ham, melon, grapes, raisins or fish and present so it looks good enough to eat!
