Roasted vegetable and fish salad

Ingredients :
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
2 peel and seeded tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 red onion
4 anchovies
50g feta cheese
Olive oil
Lemons
Salt & pepper
Mixed herbs

Recipe :
Roast peppers and onions whole, by wrapping in foil and baking in the oven, then slice.
Chop tomatoes as small as possible.
Crush garlic.
Crumble feta into small pieces.
Mix oil and lemon juice together to make a dressing.
Arrange vegetables on plate, sprinkle with feta.
Arrange anchovies on top, then drizzle with sauce.
