Pork in caramel

Ingredients :
1 kg pork fillet
Sugar
Nuoc Nam (fish sauce)
Soy sauce


Recipe :
Slice the pork.
Prepare a marinade with sugar, fish sauce and soy sauce.
Marinate for 15 minutes.
Cook the meat with a little oil in a casserole for 20 minutes until golden, add extra sauce if desired.
Serve with basmati rice and Chinese beer.
