Tomato and tapenade tart

Ingredients :

1 pot black olive tapenade
5 or 6 tomatoes
1 savoury pastry case
Basil sauce (see below)
Grated cheese

Basil sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 leaves fresh basil
1 packet parmesan cheese

Recipe :
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare pastry case, then spread tapenade over bottom of tart.
Wash and de-seed tomatoes, then slice.
Arrange in tart.
Using a teaspoon, spread each tomato with basil sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, then cook in oven for 35 minutes.
Serve with a green salad.


Basil sauce:
Chop basil, then mix all ingredients together and blend in a food processor.


Advice :
You can also use green olive tapenade, or add anchovies instead of basil sauce.
Enjoy with a rosé.
