Ingredients :
16 to 20 large prawns
juice of 1 lemon
1 glass white wine
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon grated zest of organic lemon
salt & pepper
1/2 cup sesame oil
1 crushed clove garlic
1 handful shallots, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon mixed spices
1 teaspoon corn starch
Recipe :
Mix prawns with lemon juice, white wine, soy sauce, honey and lemon zest.
Season and marinate for an hour.
Heat the oil and garlic in a wok or frying pan, add the prawns and vegetables and cook for 5 minutes over a high heat.
Mix the sauce and pour into wok, bring to boil.
Serve with rice or noodles.
