Cheese and herb omelette

Ingredients :
8 eggs
2 tablespoons low-fat crème fraîche
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tabelspoons grated parmesan
1 bunch chives
1 bunch chopped mixed herbs, inc : basil, thyme, marjoram, mint, salt, pepper



Recipe :
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix the eggs, crème fraîche, oil and parmesan in a large bowl.
Add the herbs and chives.
Pour mixture into a greased flan dish.
Cook for 15 minutes.

Serve hot or cold as tapas.
