Spaghetti in tomato sauce

Ingredients :
5 tomatoes
400g spaghetti
36 leaves fresh basil
3 cloves garlic
100g parmesan
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper
To Cook Pasta :
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sea salt
Recipe :
Boil and peel tomatoes, remove seeds and dice.
Salt, then leave to strain for 15 minutes in a sieve.
Meanwhile, rinse and dry basil.
Peel and crush garlic.
Grate parmesan into a bowl, add tomatoes and mix together with basil and garlic.
Add olive oil little by little, stirring constantly.
Season.
Cook pasta.
Strain, serve onto plates.
Add sauce on top and serve hot.
