Crab and grapefruit salad

Ingredients :
300g guacamole
1 grapefruit (pink if possible)
350g crab meat, drained
50g cashew nuts, crushed
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 tsp dill, chopped
lemon juice
lime

Recipe :
1- Peel and segment the grapefruit. Cut into large cubes.
2- In a bowl, combine the crab, nuts, grapefruit, shallots, dill and lemon juice. Season to taste.
3- Take 4 glasses and layer alternatively the crab mixture and guacamole.
4- Garnish with a thin slice of lime and serve.
