Ingredients :
1 kg anchovies
Vinegar
Garlic
Parsley
Salt
Olive oil
Recipe :
Allow 24 hours marinating time.
Remove the heads and spines from the fish and wash carefully.
Open out.
Salt and put to one side in a dish with the garlic and parsley, finely chopped.
Soak in vinegar for 24 hours.
Serve with olive oil.
