Ingredients :
500g squid rings
Flour
Olive oil
1 egg
Salt
Recipe :
Wash the squid thoroughly, remove entrails, ink and any hard areas.
Slice and season.
Take two plates, put flour on one and the beaten egg on the other.
Dip each squid ring into flour, then egg, then flour again and fry in very hot oil until golden.
Serve immediately.
